This week's work was way less formal than usual. We did many more play and craft activities.

PRE-WRITING
-
- Fine Motor: play-doh, painting, gluing, tracing, stickers

He found this on my shelf and asked to "do school". He wouldn't stop until he'd finished the book.

PRE-ARITHMETIC

No Lessons this week. We reviewed past concepts through natural play and tot-school activities.

Numeral recognition & other math activities. I finally had to make him stop in this book. I can't believe how much he loves workbooks.

  3. Catching up with Preschool Corner posts - it looks like you had a great week, and it's interesting to see how every child is different. My daughter is not interested in workbooks at all - at least not in the late afternoon when I come home from work. But even in her preschool she usually just turns them around and doodles on the other side.
