I've slowly been trying to get Robbie's playschool area organized. It's still not quite what I envisioned, but it IS shaping up. Robbie really likes it, so I guess that's what matters. Anyway, I thought I'd share a few photos of the progress:
A wide view of the whole area:
A tight shot of the corner shelf (this one holds his learning activities, art supplies and trays).
A close-up of the learning wall (the two white tables are for sensory-type items).
Here is the toy wall. We brought back several of his old toys from Tennessee over Christmas. He is very, very happy to have them back.
Just for kicks, I thought I'd share the photo of the Christmas toys and Tennessee toys BEFORE they were put away.
I am still working on many things for the playschool area, but Robbie and I are really enjoying it even now.

Your room looks fabulous. I love those wire book displays. I so wish I could find some here, will keep looking though.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kylie! I believe those wire book displays are actually over-the-door pantry organizers. Hopefully that will help!!
ReplyDeleteNice set up! Very resourceful book shelving. I am going to do this exact same thing as soon as I can make it to the store. How did you adhere them to the wall? Thank you for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteThe shelves are adhered to poured concrete walls, so I simply adhered them with several small globs (is that a word?) of hot glue. LOL! It works surprisingly well.
