RockerTot in the Kitchen: Canned Biscuit Pizzas

This is our first "Kids in the Kitchen" post.

We actually did this a few weeks ago, but I was unable to post it until now because RockerTot was sick and my time was in great demand.

RockerTot stretched and flattened the canned biscuit dough. He really loved doing this.

I then baked the dough for a few minutes at the temperature instructed on the biscuit can. I removed them from the oven when the outside was firm. I had to add the toppings (which is something he normally loves to do with other types of pizza) because the pan was too hot to risk it with a toddler.

I then placed them back into the oven for the rest of the time listed on the can.

Here is a photo of our finished pizzas.

They were yummy! RockerTot ate TWO of them.
